[Capo] - A device, most often a clamp of some sort, used to easily change the
tuning of a guitar and inadvertantly transpose the key of a song.

	e.g. standard tuning = E A D G B E. With a Capo on II then this 
	changes all of the open strings to F# B E A C# F#) 

While Garcia does, and I must say quite professionally at that, include
the chord names relative to the capo on the guitar and the actual chords
themselves, in a majority of cases regarding notation this is not done.
It is implied that when playing a chord- for instance an Em- with a
Capo on II will automatically transpose the chord two half-steps (frets)
higher in pitch.
